We respect your privacy and we have created this policy to provide you with a clear understanding of how Bidoia e Mello – Sociedade de Advogados (“BM Advogados”) uses and processes personal data and information. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Users” or “you” are individuals who in any way use BM Advogados’ services or the Website.

TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED AND HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION: BM Advogados may collect basic personally identifiable information ("Personal Data"), such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number, in order to improve your experience as a User of our services. BM Advogados collects information provided by you only for the purpose of performing services or as set out in this Privacy Policy. In general, we use your Personal Data to provide legal services to you. In addition, we may use your Personal Data to identify content that may be of interest to you, to make that content available to you, and to send to you Institutional announcements, newsletters, invitations, among others.
BM Advogados does not disclose to third parties any personally identifiable information provided by you. However, by order issued by a competent authority in the lawful exercise of its powers, or in the event of violations or suspected violations of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use or the law, BM Advogados may be required to provide stored personally identifiable information. We only share your data with third parties for the strict purpose of fulfilling the purposes already mentioned, such as, for example, hosting BM Advogados` website at UolHost.

It is important to mention that we do not collect personal data by means of cookies, pixels, beacons, or other similar tools. The use of cookies by the website is solely for statistical analyses of the website activity, without any association to the IP or other Personal Data of Users.
